1. SY Solenoid Valve Integration

We introduced a multi-protocol valve island integrated with the new SY solenoid valve. This innovation supports PROFI-NET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and CC-Link IE Field Basic protocols.

2. ITV Electrical Proportional Valve Showcase

We also unveiled a demonstration box for the ITV electrical proportional valve, designed to simulate multi-level control scenarios. The ITV electrical proportional valve adjusts air pressure by modulating the current or voltage of the regulator. When the input signal increases, the air supply solenoid valve activates, allowing a portion of the supply pressure to become the output pressure through an air supply solenoid valve. Pressure sensors provide feedback to the control loop, ensuring that the output pressure aligns proportionally with the input signal, resulting in a consistent and precise pressure output.

The unveiling of these innovations, alongside live piano performances by our staff, captivated the attention of numerous exhibitors and visitors from all over the world.

Advantages of the SY Solenoid Valve:

Compared to traditional solenoid valves, the SY solenoid valve's advanced features enable efficient bus control, eliminating the need for excessive wiring and freeing up the controller's native I/O. It facilitates bidirectional communication, real-time feedback, short-circuit and open-circuit diagnostics, as well as over-voltage and under-voltage protection. This advancement streamlines installation, on-site maintenance, I/O point expansion, and replacement of faulty components, ultimately saving time and enhancing efficiency.

Advantages of the ITV Electrical Proportional Valve:

1. Achieves stepless pressure and speed adjustment, eliminating impact during switching valve direction changes.

2. Enables remote and programmable control.
