BLCH has strict quality management system, from raw materials to parts and finished products, there are strict testing technology and process. We take long time in working-life testing and insist that every single product should be checked and tested before delivery.
Products Parts Testing
Inspect threads for compliance, ensuring dimensions match the specifications outlined in the drawings.
Completed Product Testing
The products are produced, installed and transported under strict standards, and all products leave the factory after 100% testing. Our cylinders still work normally after 6 million times test. Work life of air source treatment unit is more than 2 million times, work life of solenoid valve is more than 20 million times.
FRL Unit Airtightness and Pressure testing
Ensures that the FRL unit both maintains a proper seal (no air leakage) and can withstand the required operating pressure without failure.
Cylinder Airtightness and Pressure testing
Verifies that the cylinder is airtight and can handle the specified operational pressure without leakage or structural damage.
Connector Airtightness and Pressure testing
Confirms that the connectors are sealed properly (no air leakage) and can withstand the working pressure without any failure.
Regular R&D Testing program
Durability Test
Simulates long-term use conditions and conducts repeated operation tests to evaluate the durability and life of pneumatic components.
Load Test
Test the working performance of pneumatic components under different load conditions to ensure that they can operate normally under the rated load.
Corrosion Resistance Test
For pneumatic components that need to be used in corrosive environments, corrosion resistance tests are conducted to ensure that their materials and surface treatments can resist corrosion.
Response Time Test
Measures the response time of pneumatic components to ensure that they respond quickly to control signals.
Vibration and Shock Testing
Tests the performance of pneumatic components under vibration and shock conditions to ensure that they are capable of maintaining stability in mechanical vibration and shock environments.
